I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Board-Certified Music Therapist offering virtual sessions to clients in Massachusetts.

I work with adults who are navigating life transitions, exploring identity, healing from complex trauma, or trying to create healthier rhythms in their lives.

My work is creative, relational, and trauma-informed. I often bring music, expressive arts, and body-based awareness into talk therapy to support emotional processing and nervous system regulation. These tools are simply ways to reach feelings and experiences that can be hard to put into words.

I believe healing happens in relationship. My role is to offer a grounded, compassionate presence as we explore what matters to you and move toward greater safety, connection, and self-understanding.
